Fred will present situations and methods, tools and procedures to safeguard against the potential loss of data. The structure and layout of data, as involved with backup and recovery, will be described as well as encrypted packages for safety.

Tools to examine are SuperDuper, Dropbox, Time Machine, and Disk Utility.

• Upload your existing files. Google Docs accepts most popular file formats, including DOC, XLS, ODT, ODS, RTF, CSV, PPT, etc. So go ahead and upload your existing files.

• Familiar desktop feel makes editing a breeze.  Just click the toolbar buttons to bold, underline, indent, change font or number format, change cell background color and so on.

I'll create a simple design and prepare it for print and electronic distribution. This will be some feat to accomplish in a 45 minute presentation, but I will endeavor to pull it off. I'm sure that your members will have questions and comments after I am done.
